We offer a variety of services ensuring we have something to fit both your training goals and your budget. All of Holistic Movements' instructors are fully ceritifed through PMA® recognized organizations and have experience with a wide range of clientelle.

It has been said that the Pilates method is the perfect balance of art and science, blending the beauty of graceful, precise movements with the benefits of better spinal alignment and body mechanics. The Pilates repertoire consists of gentle yet extremely effective exercises done both on the mat and on specially designed equipment combined with mind-body awareness and breath work, resulting in better posture, improved stamina, long and lean musculature, and a relaxed yet focused mental state.
