Workshops

Ashley Brooks has experience designing and teaching a wide range of workshops, including a custom SI Joint Stability workshop for the Physical Therapy Department of Florida Memorial Hospital. She is available to design/teach workshops for physical therapy departments, small groups, and neighboring studios, and has plans to implement a full Workshop Series for the students of Holistic Movements in the coming months.
